Upgrade

With the exception of Articles Pending Review and Draft Articles, these plugins were written by scratch and customized for InfoTech Tuesday, based off of some old Dashboard plugins from previous Wordpress versions. There will be no updates for these plugins. Modifying them will take opening up their .php files and hand coding changes.
