Summary
The WP-UserOnline plugin monitors the activity on the site and stores it in a database. It includes a widget and a template tag to put in a page in order to display how many and what types of users are on the site at any given time. It also places similar information in the admin dashboard.

Use
From Settings > Useronline there are a number of configuration options that control how the wording on the plugin will display on the site, what sorts of bots it should include/exclude, and how long it should log IP addresses for.

In addition to the settings page, there is an admin user interface which provides additional details about the users currently on the site. It can be viewed at Dashboard > WP-UserOnline.

Upgrade
There are no modifications to this plugin, so upgrading it is as simple as deactivating, replacing the files with the upgrade, and reactivating.
WP-UserOnline plugin comes with a widget that has to be activated separately in the plugins interface. However, when upgrading, the two should upgrade together as a package (don't need to retrieve separate files for the widget).
