- Article submission: 12pm Friday
- all external authors articles are submitted
- all articles located in "pending review" are considered to be submitted
- From 12pm Friday to 12pm Monday
- all commtrain editing, reviewing, ordering, and writing completed
- as commtrain finishes editing articles, each article is scheduled to be published at some point in the future
- all articles located in "scheduled" are considered to be ready for executive review
- Submit issue for executive review: 12pm Monday
- iTAC head and vice provost review/edit issue as final review
- executives review all articles in "scheduled"
- Publish/Send email 10am Tuesday
- issue published when executive review finishes reviewing and dictates final lineup
